As part of the international consulting collective Eidra (headquartered in Sweden), we are set on expanding our professional services in the DACH region. In this context, all commercial functions of elaboratum GmbH are bundled as a “Growth Platform” and act as a Shared Service Center for all existing and future Eidra DACH consulting companies.
We view Finance and HR as a joint pillar of corporate growth and management: close to the business, close to the people. The fundamental finance and reporting structures are already established and are currently supported by an interim finance colleague from the shareholder.

Responsibilities
Are you passionate about these topics?
Operational Finance & Closings (the foundation)
- Responsibility for day-to-day operational finance business
- Ensuring clean monthly, quarterly, and annual closings (in cooperation with external accounting)
- Hands-on involvement in:
- Invoicing & project billing
- Accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
- Quality assurance of financial data
- You drive the optimization and quality assurance of daily financial operations and ensure smooth processes for invoicing, project accounting, accruals, and closing procedures.
Controlling & Management (the impact)
- You act as a financial sparring partner for local management and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- You further develop existing mechanisms for project and corporate controlling and analyze project margins, capacity utilization, and profitability.
- Together with HR, you are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial scenario planning for future hires and regional growth.
Reporting & collaboration with the shareholder
- Taking over, maintaining, and optimizing existing reporting structures for the shareholder
- Further development where it makes sense – pragmatic rather than theoretical
- Close collaboration with the finance teams of the Eidra Group in Sweden and the Netherlands (including occasional travel to Stockholm and Amsterdam)
- Ensuring consistent KPIs, definitions, and data logic throughout the Eidra DACH region
Profile
Does this sound like you?
- Professional: Financial Accountant / Management Accountant with at least 1 – 3 years of sound professional experience in finance and/
or controlling; ideally in a consultancy, tax firm, or project-driven business - Mindset: A highly structured, proactive way of working without ego-driven ambition, but with a strong passion for development and implementation. You are ambitious yet pragmatic, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented personality
- Tools: High digital affinity, proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Languages: German C2 and English B2(+)
