We start by outlining the basics of behav­ioral economics and creating a funda­mental under­standing of how people make decisions. We show your team that behavior can be influ­enced using examples from your industry, before we analyze your online presence and optimize your CVR.

On the first day, we jointly identify conversion killers. On day two, your team learns how conversion boosters can be used.

How your 2‑Day Conversion Seminar Unfolds

Under­standing the Basics

To increase your conver­sions, user decisions must first be under­stood. How do your users act? And why? Based on behav­ioral psychology, you will gain deep insights to truly get to know your users and their decisions.

Identify & Resolve Bottle­necks

From time to time, there’s a high chance of becoming complacent, leading to user-side bottle­necks being easily overlooked. Here, we apply a fresh perspective together to identify and resolve your users’ bottle­necks using your own example.

Optimize Conver­sions!

Now it’s time to put your newly acquired knowledge into action: The devel­opment of levers, so-called “triggers,” is paramount. With optimiza­tions in the right places, we sustainably increase your conver­sions.
