- Where does the term Silicon Personas come from?

The name is derived from the scientific practice “in silico.” While traditional research methods often take place in vitro (in the lab) or in vivo (on a living subject), in silico describes experiments conducted using highly complex computer simulations.
Our Silicon Personas use exactly this approach: instead of merely surveying customers, we simulate their actual decision-making processes in a digital environment. This allows us to predict market reactions precisely, quickly, and by incorporating up-to-the-minute factors. Silicon Personas are the modern, scientifically sound evolution of the traditional persona.
- How does the creation process work?

We use a “data-to-person” approach. We aggregate your existing customer data (CRM, tracking) with scientific studies and our PsyConversion® library. We feed this data into high-end LLMs using “In-Context Learning” (ICL) in a data-protection-compliant manner, without the need for extensive training.
